How Affitto Inn collects, uses and protects the information you share when you book direct with us.

When you send a booking request, we receive the details you share with us: your name, email address, phone number, stay dates, the property you are interested in, the number of guests, and any pet information. For direct bookings, we also ask the primary guest to send a photo of a valid government-issued ID (a passport for international guests) to verify the booking. We also keep the messages you send us about your stay.
All direct-booking payments are processed securely by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe — we never see, receive or store your full card number.
We use your information only to manage your booking, communicate with you about your stay, verify your identity for direct bookings, and keep the business and tax records we are required to keep.
We share information only with the service providers needed to run your booking — such as Stripe for payments and our email, form and messaging providers — so they can do their job. We never sell your personal information.
This website uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which measures visits to our pages without advertising trackers.
Booking records are kept as long as needed for business and tax purposes. You may contact us at support@affittoinn.com at any time to ask what information we hold about you or to request its deletion.
